  • Capacity: Up to 350 guests

    • 5-hour standard rental (1 hr setup, 3 hr event, 1 hr cleanup)

  • Pricing: $300/hour | 5-hour minimum ($1,500 flat)

    • Includes 2 hours for setup/tear-down and 3-hour event

    • Custom start/end times

    • Additional time may be added for a fee

    • Optional Catering: Professional catering required (no pot luck, drop-off catering or home-made food allowed)

    • Optional hosted bar packages available (4 tiers), from non-alcoholic to premium service.
