Just 20 minutes from Akron and Canton, our rustic-modern lodge is nestled on 53 acres of secluded farmland, with lakeside access, hiking trails, and multiple accommodations—all designed to help your group relax, reset, and reconnect.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of lodge, upper & lower terraces, garden ceremony lawn, and trails

  • 5-hour base rental (3-hour event window + setup and teardown)

  • Full use of tables, chairs, silverware, dishware, and catering kitchen

  • AV access (TVs, indoor microphone & speakers available by request)

  • On-site staff to assist with timeline and logistics

  • Private, natural setting with ample parking

Guest Details:

  • Suitable for 30 to 350 guests

  • $300/hour, 5-hour minimum = $1,500 base rate

  • Extended hourly access available upon request

  • Professionally catered food required

  • Optional hosted bar packages available (4 tiers), from non-alcoholic to premium service.

  • Security required for groups 100+ with alcohol

Accommodations (Optional):

  • The Farmhouse: Sleeps 6, included with certain Saturday rentals

  • Sherwood Park: Sleeps 12, tucked beside the NVL nature reserve

  • Smucker’s Cottage: Sleeps 10, with recreation amenities like bocce, pickleball, & more

  • Lodging can be bundled for weekend retreats (ask us for options)

Please Note:

  • Advance booking recommended—5+ months for peak season weekends

  • All catering must be provided by a licensed professional (no pot luck, drop-off catering or home-made food allowed)

  • Event access includes 1 hour setup, 3-hour event, 1 hour teardown

  • Lodging and bar packages are priced separately
